Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the bag is padded to prevent creases, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
